This Is Cala, Inc. (CALA) considers the privacy and security of user information an important component of the services offered at its website, ca.la, and mobile app (the Apps). The following information explains how CALA collects and uses information obtained from users in connection with services available at the Apps (taken together, the Service).
Managing Your Content.
CALA enables you to get fitted for great fitting clothing using only your phone. This data will be stored so that you can make future purchases without needing to go through the fitting process again. At your election, you may delete all fitting data in the menu on your profile. Should you choose to do this, you will need to go through the fitting process again prior to making a future purchase. We hope you'll enjoy the simplicity of size-free shopping for a very long time, however, if for some reason you ever want to delete your account, just send an email through the "contact us" menu item in the app with your request to delete your account.
At your election, you may request additional information about CALA. When you do so, you may need to submit certain information or data to CALA, for example, your contact information (collectively, User Data). When you visit the Apps, web servers collect "traffic data" (such as, for example, time and date, the address of the website from which you entered the Apps) about your visit, which is stored as anonymous, aggregate data. Collecting such data may entail the use of IP addresses or other numeric codes used to identify a computer.
Use of Information.
CALA uses User Data to respond to your inquiries for additional information. CALA uses "traffic data" to help diagnose problems with its server, analyze trends and administer the Apps. Your IP address is not linked to personally identifiable information, but is used to gather broad demographic data and to monitor statistics to improve the Apps and Service.
Sharing of Information.
Information collected by CALA is stored in secure operating environments that are not made generally available to the public. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, CALA cannot ensure the security of any information you provide, and you do so at your own risk. Once CALA receives your transmission, it will make reasonable efforts to ensure its security on its systems.
Third Party Sites.
